Now I'm REALLY Annoyed...

So it's now 1:30, and I'm still waiting for the Sears technician to arrive for my scheduled 8:00-12:00 window. I find it inexcusable to not receive a quick phone call "hey...I'm sorry, but I'm running late" seeing as they have both my cell and home phone number. Arghhh!!!
