Can I Have The Definition, Please?

I have to admit something to you. I realize I am a total geek, but this might go beyond. I watched last night's National Spelling Bee as if I were seeing Obama finally receive the democratic nomination! Lord those are some smart kids. For me, people who can spell are in another level of genius. I suffer from a form of Dyslexia and cannot spell to save my life. God bless the person who invented spell check! My favorite part of the "Bee" as when the kid who came in second (man, to have THAT kid's nerves! Made of steel) Anyway, this kid got this word, after several rounds with the kid who did win, and it was some crazy word who's origin goes from Greek to Latin to French to German to English, or something like that. So when they give this kid his word, you can hear the announcer mumble something like, "Oh good Lord!". I wish I could remember the word... popothyselis, or something vaguely similar.

Damn. Now I'm feeling like I need to go rent Akihla and the Bee!
