I am so over the negativity being blasted at me non-stop. Can we just go back to the "if you don't have something nice to say,don't say it"?

The amount of time and energy people are putting into spreading more and more hate exhausts me. How. Imagine what would happen if that energy was used to reach out with an open hand as opposed to a clenched fist.
