Target: Take Two
When all else fails, call Corporate.
I gave 'Kristen', the woman who answered, the Reader's Digest version of things, and she said, "No, problem. I can order that for you. There is absolutely no reason for you to pay $100 for a re-order, that's ridiculous. I'm sorry you had to go through us, and I will inform the District Manager about what happened."
Ms. Rachel will be getting a refresher course in Customer Care. I do not believe that "the customer is always right", but I do believe in working together to find a solution/compromise.
The bad news: The pictures are going to take three weeks to arrive. So we'll be celebrating Christmas on Epiphany, family.
