And the decision is...

We're staying! Tim just finished working 3 days on a film and had an epiphany about his directing career. Things are really moving forward for me here with my acting. We've both accepted positions in our church: I'm going to be an Elder, Tim a member of the executive board. We just both really love it here, and believe we can have what we want without moving.

I'm really so happy for Tim's realization. I've been so frustrated with him over these past 4 months. Now, we're moving forward. It's really a fantastic feeling.

Tomorrow we celebrate our 5 year anniversary. Five years ago tomorrow, we stood with 2 friends and our minister and had the most beautiful ceremony ever. We went to IHop for our reception, where I had chocolate chip pancakes. (I was 8.5 months pregnant...) I've booked him a day at Burke Williams Day Spa. He's way more girlie with that stuff than I am. He digs the whole scene, so I know he'll love it.

Needless to say, I feel as if a load has been lifted. I'm looking forward to the future. It's looking bright for the Reischauers...
