School Fundraising
(I posted this on my facebook notes page)
Emma came home today and asked, in a very "actory voice" - "Daddy? Do people at your work like candy? Oh, of course they do... WEEELLLLL you need to bring them THIS (whips out Sees Candy forms). Tell them to write what they want, and get their money, and, well, that's what you need to do.
Should I remind her Daddy works from home and he doesn't like candy?
(I LOATHE fundraising. I know it's necessary, but I HATE IT. And it bugs me the kids are told to "have your parents bring it to work with them". I don't know why it bothers me, but it does.
However, it was pretty funny hearing Emma's memorized pitch. )

Hey -
Do you know you can connect your blog to your Facebook page, so that every time you post here, they post will show up in your notes, there? That's what I did. It's pretty cool. Look at my profile and you can see what it looks like!
Yeah, I know you can link the blog to facebook. The reason I haven't is because I'm facebook friends with people I don't want to read my blog. Like my Mom... for instance. :-)
